Obituary of Dolores V. Torres

Our beloved Dolores V. Torres, age 88, resident of San Marcos was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, September 24, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Elijio & Petra Vasquez; daughter in law, Diana Torres; brothers, Nicascio Vasquez, & Eusebio Vasquez, and sister, Dora Garcia.

She is survived by her husband of 63yrs., Guadalupe “Lupe” Torres; son, Arturo Torres; granddaughter, Carina Torres and with many more other loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin 5:00p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Thursday, September 27, 2018 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7:00 p.m., at Los Angeles Funeral Home … 300 Cheatham St. … San Marcos, Texas.  Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 28, 2018 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church … 624 E. Hopkins … San Marcos, Texas … Rev. Father John Boiko will officiate.  Interment will follow in Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, Texas.
