Forty-two years ago I arrived in San Marcos to open a new store at Springtown Center. I needed to find a dependable alteration service. After asking around, I was told to go to Victory Cleaners. Thus began a business and personal relationship that continues to this day. The "boss back then was Mrs. Martinez and she ran a tight ship. May she rest in peace.
