Obituary of Carlos De Leon Sr.

Our beloved Carlos De Leon Sr., age 75, resident of San Marcos was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 25, 2018.

Carlos was preceded in death by his parents, Sixto & Leonor De Leon; brothers, David De Leon and Marciano De Leon; sisters, Ramona Garza, and Maria Ramirez.

He is survived by his wife of 36yrs., Candelaria De Leon; son, Carlos De Leon Jr. & Teri; daughters, Jayne De Leon, Melinda De Leon - Longoria, and Angela De Leon; brother, Arthur De Leon; sisters, Eugenia De Leon - Avalos,  Lupe Villanueva, Mary De Leon, and Connie “Concha” Valdez; grandchildren, 11; great grandchildren, 9’ and with other loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., Sunday, December 30, 2018 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7:00pm at Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am, Monday, December 31, 2018 in St. John’s Catholic Church, 624 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, Texas. Rev. Father Jairo Lopez will officiate.  Interment will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in, Martindale, Texas.

Serving as Pallbearers: Carlos De Leon Jr., Isaac Longoria, Joshua Longoria, Jason Pineda, and Shiela Gonzalez.
