Obituary of Christina Lara

Our beloved Christina Lara, age 53, resident of San Marcos Texas was called to her eternal resting place on Monday, April 1st, 2019.
 

Ms. Chris as she was known to many, enjoyed arts and crafts, music, cooking and spending time with all her family. Her true passion was child care, she was extremely honored to be part of all the children she cared for.  She loved helping and being there for everyone and was always giving with all her heart no matter if she stayed with nothing.  She will be missed dearly. We thank the Lord for giving her to us for as long as we had her. Mom, we dearly miss you, but you will never be forgotten in our hearts.

Her life continues through her fiancé, Bulmaro Escalante Martinez; daughters, Sandy Lara and husband Leonard Hernandez, Sara Lara and fiancé Matthew Mayne; son, Michael Anthony Lara; brothers, Julio Guia,  Michael Guia, and David Guia; sister,Irene Guia;  grandsons, Christopher Lara, Jason Hernandez and Baby Logan Mayne; grand daughters Miranda Hernandez , Alexandra Hernandez and Michaela Lara; nieces Viviana Guia, Maria and Olga Falcon; nephews Oscar Falcon and Devin Guia; grand nieces Taliyah,
Bella and nephews Tavian and Mikah ;  and with many more loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at the Los Angeles Funeral Home ... 300 Cheatham St. ... San Marcos, Texas ....Evening Wake will begin at 6:00pm - 7:00pm in the Los Angeles Funeral Home Chapel.
