Obituary of Jose Velasquez

Our beloved Jose Velasquez , age 90, resident of Martindale, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 4, 2019. 

 He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 59yrs., Juana Velasquez; parents, Toribio & Lungina Velasquez; sons, David Velasquez, Ruben Velasquez; daughter, Irma Rodriguez; and 2 brothers and 1 sister.

He is survived by his sons, Joe Velasquez Jr., Toby Velasquez, Raul Velasquez, Enrique Velasquez Sr., and Martin Velasquez; daughter, Maria Sanchez; 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren and with many more loving family and friends. .

Visitation will begin at 9:00 am. – 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 9, 2019  with  Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 10:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church … 312 Lockhart Street … Martindale, Texas.  Rev. Father Rafael Padilla will officiate... Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
