Obituary of Francisco Montelongo Barrientos

Our beloved Francisco “Kiko” Montelongo Barrientos, age 78, resident of San Marcos, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, November 4, 2019. 

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 46yrs., Isabel Natal Barrientos; son, Carlos Barrientos; parents: Pedro & Evarista Barrientos; brothers, Juan Barrientos, and Jesse Garcia.

He is survived by his daughter, Grace Barrientos Nino and husband Robert; grandchildren, Maricela Barrientos, Carlos Ponce, Natalie Ponce, and Selena Alvarez; great grandchildren, Christina Trevino, Phoenix Salas, Scarlett Ponce, Sharlotte Ponce, Noah Olivo and with many more loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2019 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7:00 p.m., Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 11, 2019 at St. John’s Catholic Church, 624 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, Texas. Rev. Father Jairo Lopez will officiate. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery in, Reedville, Texas.

Serving as Pall Bearers: Robert Nino, Roland Barrientos, Matthew Barrientos, Abraham Natal, David Natal, and Henry Natal.
