Our beloved Alice G. Rubio, age 82, resident of San Marcos was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 22, 2019.
Alice was preceded in death by her loving husband, Alex Rubio; parents, Fredrico & Josefa Gauna; brothers, David Gauna, & Guadalupe Gauna, and sister, Mary Hale.
She is survived by her daughter, Clarissa G. Garcia; son, Leonard Rubio; sisters, Margarita Alvarado & Virginia Gonzalez; grandchildren, Celeste Garcia, Claudia Garcia, and Christopher Garcia; great grandchildren, Ian Sanchez & Natalee Sanchez; and with other loving family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 4:00p.m - 9:00p.m., Sunday, December 29, 2019 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7:00 p.m., Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 30, 2019 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church … 624 E. Hopkins … San Marcos, Texas. Rev. Father Jairo Lopez will officiate. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery, in Reedville, Texas.
