Clamante was a great and wonderful person who became a hero to so many people on dialysis. He always had a word of encouragement and prayers for the patients and others not on dialysis. He will be missed by so many, but has left a wonderful legacy of strength, courage, and faith by always being who he was in spite of having poor health.
Love you Clamante and I hope my mom, Carmen De Leon and my sister, Rosemary were your Angels welcoming you home to be with your Lord and family forever in heaven. You were there for them, here on earth, and I hope they were there for you in heaven.
Love to all his family, nephews and nieces. I am praying for all of you.
