Our beloved Pedro Villegas, age 98, recited in Leander, Texas, was called by our heavenly father on September 4, 2020. Pedro was surrounded by all those who loved him. Sitting by your bedside, we saw you pass away. Although we weren’t ready to see you go, we couldn’t make you stay. God broke our heart, when he took you , but we know that you are in a better place. I know that you are with yr love Chocha . I love you grandpa . We love you . And YES , I’ll take good care of your baby , I Promise.. Pedro is preceded by death by his loving wife of 40 years, Concepción Villegas, son : Rudy Villegas, parents : Anastasio and Mari Villegas and all his brothers and sisters. He is survived by his sons : Anastacio Villegas (Judy) Pedro Villegas Jr (Rosa) Joe Villegas ( Dora) and Ricardo Villegas (Criselda ) daughters : Marta Perez, Gregorio Jimenez (Jose Luis) and Maria Martinez ( Steve ) 25 grandchildren, 48 grandchildren and numerous loving family members and friends. Our Pedro was a good hearted man and always took pleasure in helping others. He enjoyed the Tejano music, dancing and watching golf and football. And although all his children are diehard Dallas Cowboys fans he stayed true to his Green Bay Packers. Pedro’s favorite Tejano group was Ruben Ramos. He will be deeply missed by all.
