Due to COVID and living in a different city, I was saddened to just learn of the passing of Nick Lara, who I got to know about 7 years ago. In my brief experience with him, he was a gentle, dignified and kind person and was completely devoted to his family. He leaves a long and storied legacy which will no doubt be shared for generations by family, friends and acquaintances. I was honored to work with him and hope that his family is consoled by the fact that he was well thought of by many people. -- Aric J. Garza, Esq.
