Joe was a big man with a big heart. He was a friend to many and could be counted on help out whenever he could - giving rides to those without vehicles, dropping off groceries, or giving some advice about a job or home repair project. We would see him nearly every day at the library, especially once he had started college. He will be missed. RIP Joe. Condolences to his family.
