Our beloved Elias Rene Vasquez, age 23, resident of San Marcos, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, June 14, 2021. Elias was preceded in death by his grandparents: Augustine Sr. & Fidela Vasquez; and uncle: Augustine Vasquez Jr. Elias was a very kind hearted, respectful young man. He was loved by so many. The instant you met Elias, his contagious smile would just captivate your heart. His passion for basketball is what he lived for. He was the most competitive player and the best point guard ever. Elias will dearly be missed, but will live in our hearts forever. He is survived by his special aunt who raised him since a tender age of 6yrs old: Gina Hernandez; sisters: Celine C.
