Our beloved Luis Alberto Duran 41, resident of San Marcos, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on October 16, 2021. For those lucky enough to have spent time with him he made the world a much more exciting place. His energy and laughter lit up a room, his early-bird nature was... well predictable, and his bear hugs comforted the lowest of spirits. He never shied away from a microphone, he loved karaoke, country music, cold drinks, family and friends. With his time here on earth, he always made time for those he loved and his one-of-a-kind adventurous spirit will live on through those he left behind. Lou's family was his pride and joy. He wanted nothing more in life than to grow old with his wife Paola Isela and precious daughters Ella Grace Broussard 11, Emilia Sara Duran 8, Athena Isabella Duran 6, and Jessica Maria Duran 2. Losing a child is one of life's greatest heartbreaks; he also leaves behind his heartbroken parents Luis C. Duran Sr. and Sara Duran, brother Luis C. Duran Jr.(Jamie), sisters Maribel Diaz(Victor), Sara Lee Garcia(Daniel), and many nephews and nieces, family members and friends Memorial Services will to be celebrated at a later date.
