Our beloved Ernestina L. Rivas, age 84, resident of San Marcos, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Ernestina is preceded in death by her loving husband of 33yrs.: Filiberto Rivas Sr.; parents: Juan & Maria Luisa Leija; and sister: Estella Lopez. She is survived by her sons: Richard Rivas and Filiberto Rivas Jr.; brother: Juan Antonio Leija; sisters: Mary Lou Rodriguez, Silvia Ruiz, Bertha Rodriguez, Nora Rodriguez, Leticia Leija, Minu Heredia and Diana Moreno; and with other family members and friends. Visitation will begin. Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas.
