Obituary of Froylan Martinez

Our beloved Froylan Martinez, age 52, resident of San Marcos was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, July 7, 2017.

Froylan was preceded in death by his father, Antonio Martinez; sisters, Guillermina Martinez de Hernandez & Margarita Martinez Cervantes; and brother, Jaime Martinez Cervantes.

Froylan excelled in his studies, especially in math all the way through high school. He also took care & supported his baby sister, Graciela.Martinez during some of her teenage years..He also liked to relax with his music, watch novelas and gardening with his Mom.  We thank the Lord for giving him to us for as long as we had him .... "we love you!" Your spirit lives with us and you will be missed dearly..

He is survived by his mother, Maria C. Martinez of San Marcos; sisters, Graciela Martinez of San Marcos, Naborina Saavedra of Kansas, Maria G. Simmons of Idaho, Josefina Martinez of Idaho; brothers, Jose A. Martinez of Kansas, Jose L. Martinez of Mexico, and Jaime Martinez of Georgia; and with numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Memorial Mass: Monday, July 24th at 10:00am at St. John Catholic Church.

Internment will follow in the Columbarium with in the pavilion at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, TX.
