Our beloved Ernest “Spanky” Castillo, age 53, resident of Lockhart, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, June 30, 2023. Ernest is preceded in death by his mother: Juanita Castillo. He is survived by his wife: Veronica Castillo; daughter: Viviana Castillo; father: Julian Castillo Jr.; sisters: Mary Jane Mendez and Sylvia Torres ; brothers: Julian Castillo III, Pete Castillo, Jerry Castillo and Joel Castillo; and with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Services for Ernest Castillo will begin with Visitation time beginning at 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Los Angeles Funeral Home … 300 Cheatham Street … San Marcos, Texas … Followed with a Chapel Service beginning at 11:00am at Los Angeles Funeral Home ... Pastor Pedro Tello will officiate. Burial of Christian Burial will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, Texas.
