Obituary of Tina Theresa Jacinto

Tina Theresa Jacinto, 73, of San Marcos, Texas, passed away on January 5, 2024, in Kyle, Texas. Tina was born November 4, 1950, in Flint Michigan to the late Nora Bell Goodman and Carl Lee Ferrarsi. Tina was the most beautiful of four children. Tina lived her formative years in Miami Beach, Florida. Tina was a wonderful wife to the late Jorge Eduardo Jacinto and to her Earlier husband and father of four children, Juan Valle Reyes. Tina worked tirelessly as a Certified Nurse’s Aid for many years at Hillside Manor in San Marcos, Texas caring for the aged and disabled. Tina’s children enjoyed hearing the stories of her many adventures there. Tina dedicated her life to Jehovah at and early age. The family moved to San Marcos, Texas in 1986 where she Joined the Kingdom Hall Church and later became a baptized Sister in the congregation in July 2022. Tina loved writing letters to community members encouraging them in Jehovah’s word. Tina loved her children. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Tina enjoyed planning meals for her family and was a notoriously great baker. Tina would “accidently” make too many treats, regularly and share them with family and friends. Tina loved spending time with her children, laughing, singing, knitting and always wearing a smile on her face. Tina was always thinking of others first. “To know her was to love her. But to be loved by her, was to feel the warmth of the sun on your face.” Tina is preceded in death by her husband: Eduardo J. Jacinto; daughter: Elizabeth Precious Reyes; and parents: Carl & Nora Ferraresi. She is survived by her sons: Vincent Louis Reyes (Monica) and Jonathan Valie Reyes (Christina); daughters: Iris Fern Barrera (Alejandro) and Rebekah Dawn Reyes (Derrick); brothers: Michael Vincent Ferraresi and Gregory Kirk Lynn; sister: Tonia Jean Zinninger; grandchildren: Sabrina Marie Barrera, Elijah Jeremiah Barrera, Daniel Maximus Reyes, Alekzander Gabriel Reyes, Kasandra Celeste Marroquin, Brianna Ariel Marroquin, Shayla Nicole Marroquin, Kailey Allison Reyes and Isabella Liliana Reyes; great grandchildren: Atticus Albert Aranda and Elena Monet Aranda; and with many other family members and friends. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at Los Angeles Funeral Home … 300 Cheatham St. … San Marcos, Texas. … A Chapel Service will begin at 11:00am. … Burial will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, Texas. Serving as Pall Bearers: Jonathan Reyes, Alejandro Barrera, Timothy Aranda, Elijah Barrera, Daniel Reyes and Alekzander Reyes.
