Obituary of Mary Soto

Our beloved Mary Soto, age 69, resident of San Marcos was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, August 18, 2017.

Mary was preceded in death by her loving mother, Catalina Salas; grandmother, Camelia Salas; and uncle, Felipe Estrada.

She is survived by her loving husband of 46yrs., Guillermo Soto; daughter, Evangelina Nuncio (Benjamin); sons, Jorge Soto (Ana), and Sergio Soto (Lauren); sisters, Altheia Deugsch, and Rosemary Salas; grandchildren, 8; and with numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 23, 2017 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7:30 p.m., at the Los Angeles Funeral Home on 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 24, 2017 at St. John’s Catholic Church. … Rev. Farther Jairo Lopez will officiate.  Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in, San Marcos, Texas.
