Obituary of Ramon Gutierrez Ortunio sr.

Our beloved Ramon Gutierrez Ortunio Sr., age 90, resident of San Marcos, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 10, 2019. 

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Maria Elisa Ortunio; parents, Hilario & Maria Refugia Ortunio; sister, Luisa Ortunio; brothers, Ernesto Ortunio and Agapito Ortunio.,

He is survived by his sons, Juan Leonardo Ortunio, and Ramon M. Ortunio Jr. and wife Otilia; sister, Benita Flores and husband Santos; grandchildren, Felipe Ortunio, Jason Ortunio, Lance Ortunio, Bryan Ortunio, Julian Ortunio, Michael Ortunio and Angelo Ortunio; great grandchildren, Emerald Paloma Ortunio, Ricky Ortunio, Leah Maria Ortunio & Elias Paul Ortunio.with many more loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m.- 9:00pm, Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas. with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7:00 p.m., Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church … 624 E. Hopkins … San Marcos, Texas  Rev. Father John Boiko will officiate. Interment will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, Texa
